Recently, I bought an espresso machine. While I was unpacking it, I could see it was already damaged. The glass carafe was chipped and needed to be replaced. And to make matters worse, the machine leaked!

I was really thankful with it.But when i returned home,i had found that it was leaked again!I repacked it angrily,thinking that how could the clerk explain about it this time .When i hurried to the store,the scene was full of angry people.They were all talking about what i was thinking about!
